Auto-Mate Add-in For Outlook Version 1.5.0 Released!

Pergenex Software announces an update to its Auto-Mate software for Outlook. Auto-Mate v1.5.0 includes new features including the following:

  • A Smart Rule Update feature has been added to easily update current rules with email addresses captured from messages.
  • Additional times have been added to the Rule properties. The following values have been added: 6 months, 2 and 3 years.
  • A feature to select whether the rule message time values are aligned to the nearest week, month or year or whether the rule should consider the exact message age only.
  • Corrected some adverse interactions with other Outlook add-in's, such as Lookout.
  • Some minor bug fixes.

Auto-Mate Add-in For Outlook Version 1.4.0 Released!

Pergenex Software announces an update to its Auto-Mate software for Outlook. Auto-Mate v1.4.0 includes new features including the following:

  • Rules can now match on words and phrases in the message body.
  • Rules can match on the following actions, replied to, and forwarded.
  • Rule subjects can now match multiple words and phrases.
  • "Organize Me" folders and rules now include an extra folder called "This Year" to filter messages older than 3 months.
  • Some minor bug fixes.

Auto-Mate Add-in For Outlook Version 1.3.0 Released!

Pergenex Software announces an update to its Auto-Mate software for Outlook. Auto-Mate v1.3.0 includes new features and bug fixes including the following:

  • The ability for Rules to specify more than one email address to match in the From, To, and Cc fields. You can even specify multiple domains to match.
  • Some minor bug fixes and better error handling for rule processing.

Auto-Mate Add-in For Outlook Version 1.2.0 Released!

Pergenex Software announces the second release to its Auto-Mate software for Outlook. Auto-Mate v1.2.0 includes new features and bug fixes including the following:

  • The ability to sort rules alphabetically in the Rules Manager.
  • The ability to rename rules in-place in the Rule Manager list.
  • A rule import/export feature has been added.
  • A bug with the toolbar icon image repeating on other add-in toolbar images has been corrected.
  • Some bug fixes related to automated rule processing have been corrected.

Auto-Mate Add-in For Outlook Version 1.1.0 Released!

Pergenex Software announces the first release to its Auto-Mate software for Outlook. Auto-Mate v1.1.0 includes many new features and bug fixes including the following:

  • Additional times have been added to the Rule properties. The following values have been added: 15 minutes, 3, 4, and 5 days, and anytime.
  • A Smart Rule Add settings dialog has been added whereby you can set default characteristics for building rules.
  • A third toolbar icon and Tools menu item has been added to run the rules on demand.
  • New rules are always inserted at the top of the list in the Rules Manager.
  • The Run button in the Rules Manager is disabled when changes are outstanding until you apply the changes.
  • Warning dialogs added when quitting windows with pending changes.
  • Additional message types are now processed, including messages of the following classes:
    •   *IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Request
  *IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Pos
  *IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Canceled
  *IPM.Note.Rules.OofTemplate.Microsoft
  *IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Tent
  *IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Neg
  *IPM.Recall.Report.Failure
  *REPORT.IPM.Note.NDR
  *REPORT.IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Pos.NDR
  • A preview rule feature has been added to test rules without performing any actions.
  • The status window with the progress bar shows the rules that are being performed.
  • other small validation actions and minor bug fixes.
