The Rules Manager is the main window where Auto-Mate rules are managed. To view this window, click the Rule Manager button on the Auto-Mate Ribbon Tab. You will see a window that appears like the image below.

Rules are listed by group in the order that they will be executed from top to bottom starting with the topmost listed rule when Auto-Mate's rule processing occurs. Use the Move Up/Move Down buttons to re-order the rules. Rules must be checked to be active and included in automated processing. You can sort the rules alphabetically by clicking the "Rule Name" column heading. Use sorting with caution though as the order rules are processed can be important.
After updating the list, select File->Save or click on the Quick Access toolbar Disk button to save your changes.
Note: Auto-Mate Pro stores rules separately by user. This allows users who share their computer with other people, or log-in to multiple accounts on one computer to manage their rules more effectively.
 Tip 1: Many of the common actions are also available by right clicking on messages in the list.
Tip 2: The Rule Manager window is sizable and can show more information. Click on one of the corners and drag to make it larger.
